How to submit your request

Access your order using the button above.
Select the items concerned and use the return or cancellation request option provided, depending on their shipping status.
Confirm your declaration. You will receive an email confirming that the request made from your account has been registered. We will then contact you regarding the practical arrangements.

You do not need to justify your decision. If the interface offers a reason, you can choose the available general option and simply state in the notes: "I am informing you of my decision to withdraw from the selected items."

Is your package already out for delivery?

You can still notify us of your withdrawal without waiting for delivery. Your declaration does not automatically stop a package that has already been shipped, nor does it trigger an automatic refund. We will record your decision and tell you how to arrange the return, depending on the actual status of the shipment.

If the request button is not available in your account, or if you experience login difficulties, contact us immediately by email at alethos-verites@outlook.com. The date of your declaration will be taken into account; you do not have to wait for a button to appear.

Another way to inform us

You can also send a clear declaration by email without logging into an account. State your name, your order number if you know it, and the items concerned. We will confirm receipt of your declaration by email.

After your declaration

We will provide you with the instructions and return address appropriate for your order.
After notification of your withdrawal, the legal period for returning goods is 14 days. For an order still in transit, contact us to arrange the practical arrangements for the return.
Direct return costs are your responsibility, unless a special arrangement announced by Aléthos-Verités applies. If a label is offered, its price will be communicated to you before you agree.
The refund follows legal timeframes and conditions. It may be deferred until the goods are received or proof of their shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.

Important: do not return your jewelry to an address listed on the package without our instructions. Logistics addresses may vary depending on the items.

Consult our return and refund policy for details on conditions, legal exceptions, and guarantees. A request regarding a defective or non-compliant product falls under separate guarantees from the right of withdrawal.
